This is a business meeting where representatives from all the groups in the St. Louis Bi-state Area Intergroup come together to discuss how our Intergroup will carry the message of Overeaters Anonymous within our area.

This annual meeting is where Bylaw changes are discussed and voted on.

Financial Reports on contributions received and how the money is spent.

Progress reports from committees that plan events such as the annual retreat and convention.

World Service and Region Representatives report on what's going on outside of our area.  Ways other areas are carrying on the work of Overeaters Anonymous.

All members of our fellowship are welcome to attend the meeting and have the right to share their ideas on ways we can better serve the groups and members in our Intergroup.
