You are invited to attend the 2016 Region 4 Convention
Hope in the Heartland:Suggestions for Recovery
June 10-12, 2016
Hotel Update…. (May 6)
All of the rooms in the original block reserved for convention are full!
Ten additional rooms are now available at a renegotiated rate of $149/night. That’s a super deal! June is the busy season so the average is $200/night.
The deadline is still May 20th!
Click here to reserve your room.
We have another option:
Valley West Inn
3535 Westown Parkway
West Des Moines, IA 50266
$95 (plus tax, etc) per night.
To reserve a room at Valley West, call Amanda 515-225-2524
Once you have a hotel reservation with Valley West Inn, contact Jo (515) 943-4183 if you want to access an Uber car ride discount (she will give you a special code).
Here’s an excellent chance to reach out, get to know your fellows, to be of service:
1. Share your room
2. Ask to share with a willing person who already has a room.
If you want to do either, send your name and contact information to the hotel liaison, Jo at 515-943-4183. We will do our best to accommodate you.
